Adrian Salpeter is a producer with over fifteen years experience in film & television development, production and positioning working with top producers, writers, directors, studios and independent releasing companies. 2016 will see the production of Salpeter’s seventh feature film and second development deal with a major television studio.
Adrian also serves as executive director of The Lowy Salpeter Company, a theatrical investment company established to develop and produce live stage productions from its base in New York. LSC’s investments have garnered six Tony Award Nominations and four Tony Awards, including Best Play. Currently on Broadway LSC is represented by Stephen Karam’s THE HUMANS (2016 Tony Award for Best Play) and the much anticipated New York revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s CATS. Previous: FULLY COMMITTED starring Jesse Tyler Ferguson and HADESTOWN Rachel Chavkin and Anaïs Mitchell’s off-Broadway smash (New York Times critics’ pick).
As creative director, Adrian oversees Random Bench’s award-winning creative agency offering print, VOD and A/V services for producers, distributors and releasing companies (including IFC Films, Cohen Media Group, Screen Media Films) in the entertainment industry both US and internationally.
In 2005 Adrian’s first-produced feature film, THE FRENCH GUY, premiered in the Contemporary World Cinema program at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Raised near Toronto, Adrian started in the business as a producer’s assistant on X-MEN II, I ROBOT, MASTERS OF HORROR, THE L-WORD and HOUSE M.D. among others.

Liz Levine is an award winning producer, former journalist and transmedia ideator. From fiction to nonfiction, Liz is a natural storyteller whose contributions span multiple platforms and genres and include the television series JPOD and the award-winning feature film TOAD ROAD
Combining her master’s degree in journalism with her years as a development executive, Levine marries her strong sense of story with the practical skills of production.
As line producer and 1st AD Liz oversees the fiscal and temporal stewardship of a given project ensuring that it moves smoothly from idea to actuality — on schedule and on budget. Levine has overseen physical production on Random Bench’s feature films as well as film, television and commercial productions for a variety of clients and brands including Volkswagen.
Liz is currently in development on her first feature film as director based on the award-winning novel WHEN EVERYTHING FEELS LIKE THE MOVIES.
Liz resides in Vancouver and Los Angeles.
Laurence Mark has produced some of the most widely recognizable films of the last twenty years. Recently he produced JULIE & JULIA starring Meryl Streep and DREAMGIRLS, starring Beyonce Knowles and Eddie Murphy. DREAMGIRLS won two Academy Awards (nominated for eight) and was nominated for three Golden Globe Awards (winning two) including Best Picture. Mark received an Academy Award nomination for producing Best Picture nominee JERRY MACGUIRE, and executive‐produced AS GOOD AS IT GETS and WORKING GIRL, both Academy Award nominees for Best Picture . Select further credits include I ROBOT starring Will Smith, LAST HOLIDAY starring Queen Latifah, and THE LOOKOUT starring Joseph Gordon‐Levitt, FINDING FORESTER, ROMY AND MICHELE’S HIGH SCHOOL REUNION, SISTER ACT 2, SIMON BIRCH and THE BLACK WIDOW. Before producing, Mark held several key publicity and marketing posts at Paramount Pictures. From there Mark became vice president of production at Paramount and later executive vice president of production at Twentieth Century Fox overseeing films TERMS OF ENDEARMENT, TRADING PLACES, FALLING IN LOVE, THE FLY and BROADCAST NEWS. Mr. Mark produced the 2009 Academy Awards telecast hosted by Hugh Jackman and has a number of films scheduled for release in the coming year. Laurence Mark Productions is headquartered at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where the company has a long-term production arrangement with Columbia Pictures.
Stuart Backerman is an award winning theatrical producer, national television correspondent, and media-relations expert . Stuart was the late Michael Jackson’s worldwide official spokesperson and media relation’s representative during one of the most high profile and tumultuous periods of his life. As the key public relations advisor to Jackson, Backerman developed Jackson’s global media relations and communications strategy. Mr. Backerman acted as the worldwide spokesperson for Michael Jackson and was seen on “Good Morning America”, “CNN World Report”, “Entertainment Tonight with Mary Hart”, Fox News, CTV, and on numerous radio stations. In 1989 Backerman formed his own production company, B. E. L. Enterprises Ltd. His company co‐produced the Broadway musical I Love My Wife, Six Women with Braindeath (awarded a coveted Sterling Award) and the national tour and Broadway production of Peter Pan, The Musical (which starred Cathy Rigby and won four Jessie Richardson Awards as Best Musical and also nominated for two prestigious Tony Awards in 1990 in New York).
